Premier Inn project in Saffron Walden, to assist with the construction of a newbuild hotel.

We were appointed to carry out the second and third fix install that handed over Q2 of 2021.

Specifically our works included:

• Installation of vanity units to ensuites, doorsets and assosciated ironmongery packs, window boards, skirting boards, dado rails, hand rails to staircases and linen room kitchen units.
• Additionally, third fix items such as soap dispensers, shower rails, towel rails, robe hooks, toilet roll holders and artwork were also installed.

Upon completion, the building consisted of 70 bedrooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a reception area, all delivered in accordance with Premier Inn’s brand specifications.
