Premier Inn project in Faversham, Kent, which involved the internal fit out of the hotel rooms, communal areas and back of house areas.

Located within a mixed-use development adjacent to the M2 motorway, we were appointed to carry out the second and third fix install that handed over Q3 of 2021.

Specifically our works included:

• Installation of vanity units to ensuites, doorsets and assosciated ironmongery packs, window boards, skirting boards, dado rails, hand rails to staircases and linen room kitchen units.
• Additionally, third fix items such as soap dispensers, shower rails, towel rails, robe hooks, toilet roll holders and artwork were also installed.

Upon completion, the building consisted of 84 bedrooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a reception area, all delivered in accordance with Premier Inn’s brand specifications.
